Yaaargh! I gots me Bomo mini :)  So this is the final update for The Dark Times:

  – Fringe  faction lists (normal and by species) are updated.

  – All the species sculpts reports.

  – The TDT page is up, complete with gallery.

Alrighty, this should be the last of the pic updates:

  – All new pics for my promo repaints in the promo/original comparison PDF.

  – Clone Wars Battles gets new pics for the Clone Trooper on Speeder, Roron Corobb, IG Lancer Droid, and IG-100 MagnaGuard, both in the PDF and scale pics in the online gallery.

  – The Republic  and Separatist  factions are updated with the nicer looking CWB material.  Sorry, didn't mean to keep updating the Seppies like that, but I didn't originally intend to redo CWB.

Well, thanks to a packing error, I didn't get my Bomo Greenbark today, so this still isn't the final TDT update. Argh! I did get my Ferus Olin though, so for this time out, we've got the Republic, Rebel, and Imperial  factions. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can resolve the Bomo thing.

The new pic parade continues today:

  – New AT-AT pics for the PDF and gallery (click the link on the AIW set page for a large version in scale with the other galleries).

  – The Force Unleashed gets pics for the ten huges that are in scale with the rest of the pics in the gallery.

Will probably  have the last of the TDT updates this evening.

With WotC's announcement about the discontinuation of the minis, I figured the official database wouldn't be getting updated, so it was time to whip out the camera and get some decent pictures of Galaxy at War. While I was at it, I figured I might as well redo some of my old (crappy) pics of stuff they never put up (like Endor and Hoth). So:

  – Since we had only a fraction of official pics from previews, Galaxy at War has almost all new pics, rather than scans from the poster, both in the PDF and the (new) online gallery.

  – Attack on Endor gets a new AT-ST pic, both in the PDF and a scale pic in the online gallery.

  – Battle of Hoth gets new Blizzard Scout 1 and General Veers, Hologram pics, both in the PDF and scale pics in the online gallery.

  – The Separatist  faction is updated with the nicer looking GaW material.

Next up, I'll be working on properly scaled pics for the AT-AT and the huges from TFU.

After much speculation by the fan base, Wizards of the Coast  made an announcement today that they would be discontinuing their Star Wars  Miniatures and Star Wars  Roleplaying Game lines when their license ends in May. This means we have only one more set of miniatures coming our way, Masters of the Force in April.

Got a few pics taken for The Dark Times which enables me to put up a couple more factions:

  – Mandalorian  and Separatist  faction lists are updated.

  – Minis glossary is updated. (This, thanks to WotC  putting up the set checklist PDF.)

  – Also corrected a couple typos in the set spoiler.

The Dark Times is out, but we don't have good pics of everything yet, so a partial update:

  – Old Republic  and Sith  faction lists are updated.

  – Minis distribution, the checklists and set icons are updated. (Miscellany)

  – The TDT set spoiler is complete, but not finalized (hopefully WotC  will soon put the minis in the database, and those for GaW as well).

TheForce.net  has two previews for The Dark Times. The sole piece for the Old Republic, the (1) Jedi Watchman, and a classic bounty hunter, (39) Zuckuss, Bounty Hunter. I'm glad we got another look at Zuckuss, since I found a cost error in my spoiler - fixed now.

Star Wars . com has a couple more previews for The Dark Times. We saw the Gungan bounty hunter a while back, and while we've known his stats for a while, this is the first official look at (4) A'Sharad Hett, the man who would become Darth Krayt.
